As you can see on this beautiful picture is a penguin, it isn't just an penguin it is the blue penguin! also known in New Zealand as the korora or as you could say:(if you wanted to) The fairy penguin.It is a type of bird but although this bird doesn't fly so his wings have been evolved into flippers.The blue penguin has pink-webbed feet that helps him/she to walk on the surface, but he/she uses his/her flippers to fly underwater(as scientists say).The blue penguin is also one of the native birds in New Zealand(Aotearoa).
